Your friendly first-aid teachers

After having the experience of saving someone’s life, we realised that even a basic life support training is essential for making a big difference, especially in high-risk work environments. First one on the scene can make a difference between life or death. This motivated us to go on and teach others everything we know, from the essentials to emergency first aid and more.

Whether you are a teacher, pupil, parent, driver, construction worker or an office worker, we believe that everyone should have the skills and confidence necessary to save a life in an emergency situation. In the event of a cardiac arrest, the chance of survival goes up by 70% when you have access to a defibrillator (AED).  

We are certified First Aid Instructors.  First Aid:  FAW /EFAW taught in accordance with current guidelines.  In line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Certificates are valid for 3 years.
